Privacy Policy
Dominion Games Ltd (“Dominion Games”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) take your privacy rights very seriously. We are committed to transparently describing our privacy practices, including how we collect, use and disclose data we obtain from your access and use of the Wordmeetstee game (“Game”), as made available through third-party gaming and application providers (each a “Third-Party Provider”).
We encourage you to read and understand our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) before accessing the Game. By accepting the Privacy Policy by accessing, downloading, and using/playing the Game, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data (“Data”) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

All capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined herein obtain their meaning from the Terms.
What Data Do We Collect?
General. The Game does not collect or solicit any personal or personally identifiable information from any of its users. We may receive limited personal information, including the users’ name and email address, from Third-Party Providers in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not collect nor have access to any additional personal or personally identifiable information provided to the Third-Party Providers. While we select Third-Party Providers, whose policies and practices on data management are aligned with our standards, we cannot ensure, nor do we represent that the practices or policies of Third-Party Providers, as they may change from time to time, are always in compliance with legal and/or regulatory requirements. While we try to monitor any changes to the Third-Party Providers’ policies and practices on data management and security, you remain responsible for reading and understanding the policies, including the privacy policies, of the Third-Party Providers, as they may change from time to time. We are under no obligation to notify you on any changes to the Third-Party Providers’ policies.
Our primary purpose in collecting Data from you voluntarily is to provide you with safe, smooth, entertaining and customized experiences when accessing and using the Game. When playing the Game, the Third-Party Providers, may collect Data related to your use of the Game. Also, when accessing the Game, we may collect directly, or via our Third-Party Provider, data about your use of the Game. This Data may include, without limitation, time stamps of when you accessed and downloaded the Game; your game version number, Game identification, saved game information as well as your device’s user identification.
Data. Data from usage of the Game will be collected and stored on both the local device and in the user’s account with the Third-Party Provider. We may collect and store Data on our server, relating to Game's state, player inventory and progress users make in the Game. Third-Party Providers may also track and analyze your usage of the Game, and share such analytics with us, according to their privacy policies.
User Feedback. We may collect ratings and reviews from users of the Game. You are responsible for reading, understanding and abiding by the Third-Party Providers’, including Google Play Store, rating policies.
Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the Game or its content, certain third parties, including Third-Party Providers, collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers;
analytics companies;
your mobile device manufacturer; and
your mobile service provider.
These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Game. The information they collect may be associated to your Data or they may collect information, including Data, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with behavioral advertising or other targeted content. We may be provided access to such analytics by the Third-Party Providers, in accordance with their privacy policies and pursuant to your consent, where required. Behavioral advertising assists us in improving the Game and providing more personalized services and/or products.
You can opt-out of several third-party ad servers’ and networks’ cookies simultaneously by using an opt-out tool created by the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada and/or an opt-out tool created by the Network Advertising Initiative. Opting out of a network does not mean you will no longer receive online advertising. It does mean that the network from which you opted out will no longer deliver ads tailored to your web preferences and usage patterns.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they use them. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
How We Use Your Data
We may also use your Data to provide to you the license to the Game; resolve service disputes; troubleshoot problems; to analyze usage of our Game; to improve our content and product offerings; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activities; provide you with system or administrative messages; and/or as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. These uses allow us to improve the Game and better tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a safe, smooth entertaining and customized experience while using the Game. We may also use your Data to contact you via the email address you have voluntarily provided to us or to send you updates and newsletters, if we have obtained your opt-in consent.
We may use the Data to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your Data for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.
Our Disclosure of Your Data
General Disclosure. We may share your Data with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with your consent.
Subsidiaries, Affiliates & Service Providers. We may use the services of subsidiaries, affiliates and Third-Party Providers (collectively, “Third Parties”) in connection with our provision of access to the Game and/or off-premise data hosting. We may disclose your Data to the Third Parties in the course of our use of their services. We take care to use Third Parties that we believe are reputable and capable of performing the services we require of them, including, without limitation, the handling of confidential information and Data and the compliance with all applicable laws.
Laws and Jurisdictions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may preserve or disclose your Data if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our or any other person’s or entity’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your Data.
Sale of Business.. We may disclose Data to the acquiror or its agents in the course of the sale of our business. If we do this, the disclosure will be subject to confidentiality arrangements customary in such transactions.
Storing and Processing Your Data.. In some cases, Data that we collect may be stored or processed outside of the jurisdiction it is received. When that occurs, we continue to protect the Data with appropriate safeguards and data export requirements, but it may be subject to the legal jurisdiction of those countries and governmental authorities in those countries.
Advertising. We may disclose information about you to advertisers and advertising networks that require the information to select and serve relevant advertisements to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 400 women between 30 and 45 have clicked on their advertisement on a specific day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers target a specific audience (for example, men in a specific location). Your Choices about how we Use and Disclose your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser or your device to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Promotional Offers from the Company. If you have opted in to receive certain emails from us but no longer wish for us to use your email address/contact information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@dominiongl.com . If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link we have included in the email. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to you as part of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions essential to you using the Game.
Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt out by using your device, provided that the manufacturer of your device has enabled such functionality. You can also opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@dominiongl.com.

Transferring your Data
We may transfer Data that we collect or that you provide us to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support the Game (such as analytics providers that assist us with Game improvement and optimization) and who are contractually obligated to keep personal information confidential, to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, and to process the personal information with the same standards set out in this policy.
We may process, store, and transfer your Data in and to other countries with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as Canadian law. In these circumstances, the governments, courts, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies of that country may be able to obtain access to your personal information. Whenever we engage a service provider, we require that its privacy and security standards comply with this policy and applicable Canadian laws.

Data Retention
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only retain your Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under some circumstances we may anonymize or aggregate your Data so that it can no longer be associated with you. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or your consent.
Your Data Rights
In accordance with the applicable privacy laws, you may have the following rights with respect to your Data:
Right of Access and Portability. It is important that the Data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your Data changes. By law, you have the right to request access to and to correct the Data that we hold about you. You may ask for an overview or copy of your Data to be provided to you; and/or transferred to another organization. We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and your right to access, and to provide you with the Data that we hold about you or make your requested changes. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all of the Data that we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or made your personal information anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your Data, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
Right to Erasure and Restriction. If you would like to remove or restrict our processing of your Data collected in relation to the use of the Game, such request should be made to your mobile’s software provider or through your account on Google Play Store or other Third-Party Providers. You may decline to (i) the storage of your Data in your account on your mobile software; and/or (ii) send your Data to the Google Play Store or other Third-Party Providers. This can be done through the ‘Settings’ option on your device (provided that the manufacturer of your device has enables such functionality), but this may result in decreased functionality of the Game. You can also request such erasure or restriction by sending us an email stating your request to info@dominiongl.com. We will try our best to address your request in a prompt fashion, but our ability to comply with such request may also be restricted by the server’s capabilities or the Game’s functionality. If we cannot comply with your request, we will promptly notify you and explain your options. Also, if you are using a third-party login provider, you will be required to contact their customer support for such requests. Notwithstanding the foregoing, despite such request, subject to all applicable laws and the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, we may still retain your Data already collected for legitimate business interests, to collect any fees owed (if and as applicable), resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage of the Game, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and/or take other actions as required or permitted by law. user’s mobile software account

Our Game is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any Data via or on the Game. If you are under 13, do not use the Game or provide any information via the Game or on or through any of its features, use any of the interactive features of the Game, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Security
We strive to protect your Data by putting in place a range of technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure the Data we receive from you, including without limitation, security technologies. We are continuously utilizing security measures to protect your Data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the security of your Data. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or Game failure and other factors, may compromise the security of your Data at any time. We reserve the right, without any limitation, to investigate any suspected breaches of the Game’s security or information technology or other systems or networks.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Dominion Games may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of Data we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the Data is used. If we make any material changes in the way we use your Data, we will notify you by posting on our website at dominongl.com or the Third-Party Providers’ prescribed method. Users of the Game are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they download and/or use the Game after such changes have been first posted.
